Return policy

Welcome to Neckline US! We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return products in accordance with our return policy.
2. Return period
You have a return period of 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
3. Conditions for returns
For a return shipment, the following conditions must be met: The product must be unused and undamaged. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You must be able to present a valid proof of purchase. Restrictions may apply to products purchased as part of a promotion, sale or special offer; these will be stated at the time of purchase.
4. Return procedure
Follow the steps below to request a return: Contact our customer service at info@neckline-se.com to register your return and provide all necessary information. You will then receive instructions for returning the product, including the return address. Make sure the product is well packaged to avoid damage during transport. Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. Send the product back to the specified return address.
5. Refund
As soon as we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the money. We will try to do this as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take a few business days before the refund appears in your account.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs can be high, so please be aware of this.
7. Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
